When my husband and I separated in 2019, it became clear that I needed to make significant changes. I had limited job skills and a household to support, so I drove for Uber and Lyft to make ends meet while my son was at school. When the pandemic struck, I had no choice but NOT to work. Leaving my son home alone was not an option. Panic and anxiety were consuming me, and taking their toll on my son. To make matters worse, the court ordered me to sell my house to settle the divorce, which turned out to be an incredibly traumatic experience no one should ever have to go through. People were having no problem cashing in on my misfortune. I was literally at their mercy, and It was sickening. Little did I know, I was about to realize that this dreadful experience didn’t happen “to” me; it happened “for” me.

I believe everything happens for a reason, so I was not surprised when I met a group of accomplished female real estate investors who had discovered wealth by solving problems for distressed homeowners and helping them get a fresh start. I started a mentorship program with them to learn as much as I could, Seven months later, I bought my first house!

I am happy to say that, thanks to my “bad” experiences and the mentorship of my investor sisters, I learned how to help others solve their property problems by creating win-win results and safeguarding everyone’s best interest!
